Interested injoining one of Canadas top performing asset managersWe are looking for aSalesforce Solution Architectfor an existing vacancy in our IS as the Salesforce Solution Architect as part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence you will lead the delivery of ongoing business value by bridging strategy and technical execution. Partnering closely with business leaders endusersand delivery teams you will leaduncovering unmet needs andbe responsible forthe designand delivery of Salesforce solutions that enable a great user and client experience. Yourexpertisedesigning solutions addressing complex asset management workflows coupled with a passion for working with cross functional team members to deliver high quality solutions with measurable business impact will serve as a foundation for success in this role. Our officesoperateon a hybrid model with three days in-office.
What You Will Do
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Lead the engagement with keystakeholdersandend users to uncover unmet needs and understand pain points synthesizing insights into clear opportunities for process improvement or new capabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor shaping outcomes through enablement and recommendations that improve the day-to-day end user experience while increasing productivity and driving adoption
- Lead conversations with a business value first mindset translating complex solution concepts into tailored end user workflows
Shaping Unmet Needs & Requirements
- Leadsolution design feasibilitydefining release scope and sequencing to align with business priorities while accounting for dependencies
- Own the definition ofclear implementation-ready requirements and acceptance criteria that accelerate development and enable consistenthigh-qualitydelivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure solutions support complete end to end processes that provide business value and an exceptional end user experience
Solution Design & Architectural Thinking
- Own the end-to-end solution design of scalable secure maintainable Salesforce solutions that enable business strategy and a positive end user experience
- Apply architectural thinking to ensure solutions reduce rework technicaldebtand downstream delivery risk
- Leadhands-on solution configuration proof-of-concepts and solution demonstrations tovalidatedesign decisions and de-risk delivery
Enable Delivery & Execution Leadership
- Lead solution delivery working closely with cross functional team members to guide solution implementation andparticipatein testing to ensure delivery of consistently high-quality solutions that provide an exceptional end user experience
- Lead agile execution collaborating with project team members on overcoming roadblocksestablishingan environment for team members to do their best work
- Lead the follow through of successful solution deliverycollaborating on the resolution of complexsolution or data issues
- Develop standards and best practices to accelerate future delivery
What You Bring
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across business and technical audiences translating complex concepts into clear designs and outcomes
- 8 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect designing scalable secure solutions in regulated environments
- Deepimplementation basedunderstandingof theSalesforce Platform including configurationadvanced configurationuse of customization data models security models
- Hands on Salesforce platform experience delivering cross-cloud solutions across areas such as Financial Services CloudSales Cloud Service CloudAccount Engagement Third Party Apps
- Institutional Asset Management domain experience is an asset
- Proventrack recordof continuous learning and leadership
The salary range for this position is $140000 - $165000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by addition there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position
