Job Summary
Interested in joining one of Canadas top performing asset managers We are looking for a QA Tester for an existing vacancy in our IS department. As aQuality Assurance Tester you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of Salesforce solutions that supportourwealth managementbusiness. Working within a collaborative Salesforce Centre of Excellence you will help deliver high-quality releases that directlyimpactuser and client officesoperateon a hybridmodel withthree days a week in-office.
What You Will Do
Test Planning
- Create test plans aligned to sprints and overall solution landscape to ensure comprehensive test coverage and reduce delivery risk
- Develop clear detailed test cases based on user stories tovalidatebusiness requirements and expected outcomes
- Prepare and manage test data to support functional integration and regression testing scenarios
- Participate in agile planning activities toidentifytesting considerations early clarify acceptance criteria andestablisha shared understanding to enable consistent delivery ofhigh-qualitysolutions with reduced risk
Test Execution
- Execute functional and non-functional tests across the Salesforce platform and integrated systems to ensure solution quality and reliability
- Perform regression and integration testing to confirm platform stability across releases
- Support user acceptance testing by partnering with business stakeholders clarifyingissuesandassistingwithtimelyresolution of defects
Testing Practice
- Collaborate closely with solution architects developers administrators and product owners as part of an agile delivery model to consistently deliver high quality solutions
- Helpidentifyand implement practical improvements to testing practices that increase team productivity and solution quality
- Contribute to the definition of test metrics and reports that clearly communicate quality status risk areas and readiness for release
What You Bring
- 6 years of experience as a quality assurance tester
- High attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of testing practices including functional regression and integration testing
- Experience in a quality assurance role involving the Salesforce platform and multi-systemsolutions
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Sales Serviceandthird partyapps
- Wealth management domain experience is an asset
- Proventrack recordof continuous learning and leadership
The salary range for this position is $110000-$130000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by addition there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
