Role Descriptions: Salesforce Test Lead
Duration: 12 Months
Hybrid: 2 days a week on-site
A Salesforce Test Lead is responsible for making sure that Salesforce applications work correctly before they go live.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the testing team for Salesforce projects
Plan and manage testing activities (test plan test cases timelines)
Understand business requirements and make sure testing covers all scenarios
Coordinate with developers business teams and stakeholders
Review test cases and ensure quality of testing
Track defects (bugs) and ensure they are fixed on time
Provide regular status updates to management
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release activities
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc.)
Experience in manual and/or automation testing
Strong communication and leadership skills
Problem-solving and attention to detail
