Salesforce Functional Analyst

Job Description:

• As part of a CRM transformation program in wealth management a financial services organization is implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. A Functional Analyst is sought to bridge the gap between business needs and the Salesforce solution within a multidisciplinary team.
  
• The role encompasses facilitating business workshops (scoping design) documenting Salesforce functional requirements (user stories epics) analyzing FSC processes (lead conversion opportunity management activities and appointments) modeling as-is and to-be processes contributing to the backlog with the Product Owner and supporting the configuration and testing teams through to user adoption.
  

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate has delivered functional analysis projects on Salesforce (FSC Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) in a financial banking or insurance context.
  
• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model (Account Household Financial Account) and the ability to work in an agile environment with multidisciplinary teams are essential.
  
• A versatile (T-shaped) profile ready to contribute to configuration and adoption is sought.
