Role Descriptions:
- Handling of applications using salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
- Having strong focus on Service Cloud Voice Amazon Connect AWS Integrations and Service Cloud Customizations.
- Performing BAU Activities which salesforce provides for Service Cloud Customizations such as Version upgrade of SCV and analyzing impact of salesforce releases on Service Cloud voice and accommodating new features into it.
- Implement of omni channel features and providing maintenance for same.
- Provide L3 Support for production incidents.
- Performing deployments in all lower environments.
- Supporting production salesforce releases
