Job Description

• Participate in the delivery of consulting engagements for clients across various industries.
• Analyze business needs design solutions and configure and deploy Salesforce functionalities.
• Work with Sales Cloud Service Cloud Field Service and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders technical teams and end users to ensure project success.
• Contribute to change management and user training when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience ideally within a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Field Service and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Salesforce certifications are considered an asset.
