SUMMARY

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our IT Productivity Solutions team. You will serve as a first point of contact with Salesforce users while also working closely with business leaders on strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports users through daily operational support such as troubleshooting problems answering system related questions and providing train-the-trainer training as needed.

Manage enhancement requests and priorities

Manage the configuration security administration system updates and overall functionality of the system including production and non-production environments

Work closely with operations teams to understand business processes goals gaps and opportunities for system enhancements.

Lead or support the implementation of additional Salesforce modules or functionality

Perform ongoing process improvement in working closely with the business stakeholders.

Review requirements analyse needs and perform recommendations on design testing and deployment of new functionalities.

Updates and maintains system documentation

REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or administrator role

Sandbox development and deployment to production

Experience in end-to-end testing

Data Loader for Salesforce

Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder certifications is an asset

Strong knowledge about all Salesforce components and development functionalities

Knowledge of quote to cash business processes

Experience in technical design

Great communication skills
