Reports to: District Sales Manager - Eastern Region

Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing newopportunities and business in Montréal and the surrounding areas.

Location: Québec City Québec

Responsibilities:

• Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
• Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of the sales pipeline using CRM and reporting tools.
• Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
• Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
• Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
• Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
• Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at events trade shows and corporate activities.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of business processes and the companys performance culture.
• Timely completion of all sales administration.

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical Degree Masters or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering mechanical electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics.
• Fluent in English and French excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• MS-Office CRM tools Share Point Business Object.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Specific knowledge in the domain of pneumatics hydraulics automation electrical or electronic.
• Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment Industry Cluster.

Salary range: 80K - 100K
