What you will do:

As a Sales Representative you will strategically promote and sell Strykers products to meet our customers needs. You will have the opportunity to conduct evaluations in the Operating Room and office settings persuasivelydemonstratingthe value of our products. You willleverageyour product knowledge and clinical acumen to become a trusted partner to doctors nurses and other hospital staff. As a Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

• Directly responsiblefor the promotion and sale of Stryker products

• Educates and informs doctors nurses andappropriate staffpersonnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Strykerproducts

• Directs product evaluations in operating rooms hospitals and office settings

• Mayassistin the preparation and operation of trade shows conventions and/or clinical meetings

• Assistin Request for Proposal(RFP) related activities and contract negotiation

• Solves product problems for customers inan expeditiousfashion

• Mayassistin the training and development of associate sales personnel

• Has authority to recommend andinitiatepreventative and correction actionwith regard toproduct non-conformances and quality system activities

What you need

Required:

• University Degree

• 3 yearsprofessional experience

Preferred:

• Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in ahealth-relateddiscipline science or kinesiology

• 3 years in Medical Device Sales

Additional Information:

• Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations

• Must have a valid drivers license
