Sales Manager Ready Mix Concrete

Reporting to the Edmonton Area Manager RMC the Sales Manager Ready Mix Concrete will have the opportunity to provide sales leadership and strategic direction for the Edmonton area market.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
