What You Will Be Doing

• Lead coach and inspire the new and used car sales team to achieve sales goals
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Build a positive customer-focused environment that encourages repeat business
• Oversee inventory pricing and merchandising to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with the service and finance departments to enhance customer experience
• Analyze sales performance trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and department success

What you Bring

• 3-5 years previous automotive sales experience
• Previous experience as a team leader / mentor / coach

Working Conditions - Office environment travel may be required. Overtime as required.
