Sales Manager – Atlantic Canada
Job Summary
Crystal Clean Maintenance is seeking a motivated professional and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations across Atlantic Canada.
The successful candidate will generate new business opportunities manage client relationships oversee sales pipeline activity support sales representatives and drive revenue growth for our janitorial cleaning and commercial kitchen cleaning divisions.
- Lead business development and prospecting initiatives throughout Atlantic Canada
- Promote and sell janitorial cleaning and commercial kitchen cleaning services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and key decision-makers
- Oversee pipeline management and CRM systems
- Manage lead qualification sales tracking and reporting activities
- Conduct cold outreach through calls email LinkedIn and networking
- Prepare and present proposals quotations and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
- Support and coach Account Managers and Sales Representatives
- Monitor sales performance forecasting and quota planning
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain accurate CRM records outreach activity and sales reports
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Previous experience in sales management commercial cleaning facility services or B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication negotiation leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems sales pipeline management and reporting
- Self-motivated organized and target-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Ability to travel throughout Atlantic Canada as required
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
