Job Description: ThePrograms Service Representative isa part-time (25 hour/week) role responsible for initial pre-inspectionandfollow-up to ensurecorrect measurements andcustomer satisfaction with all on-site role is akey player in helping oursales team estimate our production team to be prepared for Program related : Visit jobsites to complete measurements troubleshooting (callbacks) and customer service as required. Assisting in ensuring that the work environment is safe secure and healthy. Accurately measure and record information in CPQ (a salesforce application) Ensure great customer service at all levels Report suggestions/proactive solutions to Production SupervisorKey Competencies: Excellent communication skillsAttention to detail Reliable with high integrity and strong work ethicAbility to work as part of a team.
