Sales Coordinator

Alta Material Handling is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator for ourDorval QC location. Reporting to the Corporate Rental Manager the successful candidate would be responsible for managing customer orders throughout the entire order process while working with all departments to ensure maximum customer :Order equipment from the OEM as required to complete customer orderRequest approved discount reimbursement from the ManufacturerMonthly emails to brokerage house on list of equipment to be received (new or used)Communication between Sales Representatives and Vendors as to order placement specifications scheduled delivery equipment (new or used) received in SILK operating system and maintain inventoryReceiving all purchase orders issued for equipment ordered through our SILK operating system and processing all supplier invoices and pass to the AP department to processEnter Data in our Operating System relevant information as required i.e. equipment description model type and year equipment options warranty type communicate with Sales reps and customers either verbally or through emails in regard to their order statusCreate work orders for PDI/ work orders to the service department for preparation of equipment as well as follow ups with Service Department to ensure we maintain delivery scheduleReview work orders to ensure billed hours are within agreed upon cost per sales worksheetArrange delivery by coordinating the equipment delivery dates with shipping the customer and Sales repsCreate shipping document and ensuring it contains all relevant information to instruct Shipping departmentProcess customer sales invoice according to signed customer sales agreementOnce equipment is shipped ensuring that we keep our filing system updated and maintained at all timesCreate and forward equipment files to the rental department to initiate the customer rental contractAssist Manufacturers yearly audit by preparing files requested and ensuring all information required is in each fileProcess National accounts sales in our Sales Territory for the ManufacturerSelf-motivated to complete all tasks with accuracy and accountabilityQualifications:Bilingual French and English (mandatory)Experience in material handling environment would be an assetMust be capable of interacting with customers effectively while working through inquiries and be proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and TeamsMust have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and above average problem-solving skillsDemonstrated organizational skills and be able to work independently with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
