• Providingexceptional personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening asking questions and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean welcoming environment.

• Assistingwith daily store operations including opening and closing restocking and processing transactions.

• Stayingup to date on product features benefits and promotions.

• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

• Contributingto a safe and inclusive shopping environment.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift push reach stretch twist bendpullor maneuverweightover 50 lbs. to fold stock and build or display addition you maybe requiredto change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
