Contract: 6 Months(140 Business Days)

Location: 5 days Onsite at Toronto

Must Have: (Siebel Systems Admin)

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting administering and maintaining Oracle Siebel CRM environments in large enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated experience with Siebel Server administration including installation configuration patching upgrades and environment maintenance.
• Extensive experience managing multi-tier Siebel environments (Development Test UAT Production) and supporting high-availability architectures.
• Experience troubleshooting Siebel performance issues server bottlenecks component failures enterprise synchronization issues and application outages.
• Proven experience administering Siebel Gateway Siebel Enterprise Server Siebel Web Server Extension (SWSE) and related infrastructure components.
• Experience monitoring application health capacity planning log analysis and implementing proactive maintenance procedures.
• Working experience with Oracle databases including performance monitoring SQL troubleshooting and coordination with database administrators.
• Experience supporting integrations between Siebel CRM and external systems using web services EAI REST/SOAP services and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Siebel EAI Integration Objects XML Web Services and data migration utilities.

Nice to have:

• Prior OPS or Public sector experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provides systems administration and systems operations support including setting up user access user profiles backup and recovery day-to-day computer systems operations.
• Perform software upgrades apply patches and provide customer interface to ensure requested changes are implemented monitor computer workload trends and make adjustments to ensure optimum utilization of computer resources.
• Upkeep configure install and support the clients network and coordinate the various systems.

• $64.28/hr - $68.90/hr Inc.

T4 RATE RANGE (7.25 billable hours per day)

• $51.42/hr - $55.12/hr T4
