Description

Project Description - APEX/ORDS Evergreening - The goal of the APEX/ORDS evergreening initiative is to upgrade the full technical stack for 5 Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks business critical applications. The current suite is built with Oracle database APEX/ORDS and Red Hat Linux OS software which are all at end-of-life support with the manufacturer. To stay secure and compliant with Ontarios Digital and Data Strategy the systems software and hardware technical components must be upgraded - A process known as Evergreening . Cloud hosting is targeted as part of this evergreening

Responsibilities: Provide assistance to project managers and project team in coordinating planning communicating and executing the delivery of core project components.

Must Have:

• Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting progress reporting action items risk management updates etc.
• Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates escalate where required identify risks and lead project document deliverables
• Experience in business analysis and interactions maintaining communication with end users/clients.
• Experience coordinating and tracking user acceptance testing activities
