Qualifications:

Assignment of Duties
Lead the teams of technical staff vendors and other intra/interdivisional stakeholders to implement
Lead and manage the development of detailed scope requirements budgeting resources management planning and scheduling progress monitoring and reporting manage and mitigate issues and risks prepare and execute change requests.
Manages assigned projects ensuring effective cross-divisional teamwork and communication high standards of work quality health and safety and organizational performance and continuous learning.
Develop and execute a Change Management Plan that addresses the needs of the project and communicates expected changes and benefits
Develop stakeholder management strategies including identification analysis conducting and documenting stakeholder assessments and developing engagement strategies
Apply assessment tools to assess readiness culture risk resistance and the impact of change among others
Supervises the work of multidisciplinary and inter-divisional project teams as required including the scheduling assigning and reviewing of work.
Advises and responds to requests from senior management and Division Head on project issues status and technical matters.
Provides lead project management and strategic advice for various projects to the planning and execution of assigned capital projects in a complex municipal environment. Manages time budget and scope to ensure successful project execution.
Monitors projects with the help of other City divisions to ensure completion in accordance with approved plans agreements of undertaking and long-term maintenance.
