RQ00672 Technology Architect Senior

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of solution architecture experience in a leadership capacity gained in a complex technological environment paired with post-secondary education in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or Math (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  
• Demonstrated hands-on knowledge in solution architecture design and system integration including but not limited to specification configuration and implementation.
  
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform (experience cloud service cloud Agentforce etc) and related solutions.
  
• Knowledge and experience in industry popular web platforms and frameworks.
  
• Knowledge and experience in integration design through middleware/API.
  
• Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and manage client deliverables and expectations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Both technical and non-technical.
  
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation including system architecture diagrams configuration specifications knowledge articles and deployment procedures.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  

Assignment of Duties

• Assess Citys existing technology solution landscape and architecture with a focus on public-facing digital solutions.
  
• Develop Citys target public-facing solution architecture.
  
• Ensure architecture design aligns with business goals and objectives.
  
• Stakeholder management including communicating complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way and consensus building
  

Deliverables

• Solution architecture design documentation.
  
• Presentations to project teams and stakeholders
