Retail Operations Coordinator

12 - Month contract

Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating projects managing communications and supporting teams in a fast-paced retail environment is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Sales & Operations team.

Reporting to the Vice President Sales & Operations you will play a key role in supporting national operational initiatives coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring clear communication between Head Office and stores across Canada. As a trusted partner to multiple departments you will help drive operational excellence and support the successful execution of business objectives.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate operational projects and initiatives across the store network.
• Facilitate communication between stores field teams and Head Office.
• Support store openings renovations events and operational activities.
• Prepare reports presentations and business communications.
• Monitor operational processes and help resolve store-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

• College diploma in a related field of study.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Bilingual in French and English with the ability to support teams across Canada.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
