- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in serving. Having multiple years of experience is not required but would be beneficial.
- Be over the age of 19.
- Havehospitality running through their veins. (Not literally; if you do you might have to go check that out.) But seriously we want someone who would enjoy talking to our friendly business clients local regulars and our out-of-town hotel guests while serving a pint or two.
- Be outgoing confident flexible friendly and able to prioritize tasks when needed.
- Holds a Serve It Right certificate.
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts with a primary focus on morning or mid-shifts Monday through Friday and mid- or evening shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
