Salary Range: $45000 - $50000 per year with additional incentive pay based on leasesigning volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Apartment Viewings and Tenant Coordination

• Youll be the friendly face welcoming prospective tenants. Coordinate appointments for apartment viewings ensuring a seamless experience for those exploring their future homes.
• Showcase our properties with pride highlighting their unique features and amenities.

Tenant Relations and Leasing

• Renting an apartment is more than paperwork; its about building relationships. Youll assist prospective tenants collect application documents and guide them through the leasing process.

Product Knowledge Mastery

• Become an expert! Know our properties inside out from floor plans to community amenities.
• Stay informed about major competitors offerings.

Additional Requirement

• Access to a Car: Given the nature of the role having access to a car is essential. Youll need to travel between properties and assist with various tasks.

Hours of Work: 11:00am - 7:00pm; Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday based on operational needs. Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory for this role.
