Location: Kitimat BC

GFL Environmental is seeking a dependable hardworking Manual Side Loader (MSL) Residential Collection Driver to join our team in Kitimat.

In this role you arent just drivingyou are the heartbeat of the neighborhood. You will operate a heavy commercial vehicle and manually collect waste and recycling from local residents ensuring our community stays beautiful.

What Youll Do

• Drive Safely: Navigate residential routes tight streets and cul-de-sacs in Kitimat safely and efficiently.

• Get Moving: Manually lift roll and dump residential waste and recycling bins into the side hopper of the truck.

• Stay Sharp: Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure your truck is safe and road-ready.

• Be a Team Player: Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Green For Life brand with pride.

What Were Looking For

• A Valid License: Class 3 or Class 1 Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with an Air Brake endorsement.

• Clean Record: A clean Commercial Drivers Abstract.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable stepping in and out of a truck cab all day in all weather conditions (rain snow or shine).

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to start early in the morning.
