Graham is actively recruiting for a Research Analyst to join the Corporate Development & Strategy team. Reporting to the Strategic Research Analyst this role supports corporate development and strategic planning through research and analysis of markets macroeconomic trends and competitive landscapes. The Research Analyst will transform complex data into meaningful insights and reports that support leadership decision-making while also providing strategic research support across Grahams divisions and business units.
Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site
- Conduct market research and analysis including macroeconomic trends industry developments and competitive intelligence to support corporate strategy and business growth initiatives.
- Analyze and synthesize complex data from multiple sources to identify key insights trends and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop high-quality reports presentations white papers and executive-ready materials to communicate research findings and recommendations.
- Support strategic research initiatives across Grahams divisions and business units by providing data-driven insights tailored to business objectives and market opportunities.
- Evaluate competitors partners clients suppliers and subcontractors to support corporate development activities strategic planning and stakeholder decision-making
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Mathematics Statistics or a related discipline preferred with 1-2 years of experience in strategic research market analysis or a similar analytical role. Exceptional new graduates will also be considered.
- Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research analyze complex data from multiple sources evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes and apply sound judgment to assess the credibility relevance and quality of information distinguishing signal from noise and translating findings into actionable business insights.
- Technical AI & Communication Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to use AI tools responsibly while applying critical thinking and sound judgment validate research outputs and create clear high-quality reports presentations and white papers for leadership and stakeholders.
Compensation
- Salary Range $70000 to $85000 per annum
- Compensation aligned to education and experience ensuring fair and competitive placement
- Three to five weeks of vacation with additional credit for prior industry experience
