Representative Property Development
Job Summary
In this position you will be responsible for building and maintaining a sales relationship with individual properties (multifamily apartments condos multiple occupancy HOAs hotels and hospitality commercial property maintenance). Grow maintenance gallons grow and increase the number of actively buying accounts each year. Manage multiple accounts on the territory. Use mapping efficiencies to conduct 10 or more face to face calls per day. Generate custodians on every complex. Generate project specifications during capital expenditure investments. Collect reliable customer/territory information and estimate individual customer potential. Conduct competitive product comparisons and identify current competitors strengths and weaknesses and S-Ws competitive advantage.
This positions typical schedule is 40 hours per week which may include evenings and/or weekends.
This position may require 10% travel.
Job duties involve contact with customers which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods electronic equipment personal information store merchandise and other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys customers staff employees vendors contractors and the general public.
This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a Business-related field.
- Experience in conducting outside sales calls to build new business and increase existing business.
- Proven performance in developing business in the multi-family market segment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow on the job requirements with internal and external customers.
- Time management and skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities.
- Customer service skills including problem solving and handling customer complaints.
