Are you highly organized customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment Finning is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton.
In this role youll play a key part in supporting our equipment rental operations ensuring a seamless experience for customers while coordinating with multiple teams across the business. Youll be responsible for managing rental transactions invoicing customer accounts and rental portfolio administration while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate rental transactions from start to finish ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare and process rental agreements rental conversions and equipment sales invoices.
- Maintain accurate rental records for both new and used equipment.
- Manage customer pre-authorized payment information and account updates.
- Prepare daily invoicing for equipment currently on rent.
- Track environmental levy charges and ensure proper documentation.
- Issue credit and debit notes accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding rentals billing and account information.
- Work closely with teams across sales service fleet management finance supply chain warranty and used equipment operations.
- Coordinate with external suppliers including transportation and insurance providers to support rental activities.

Previous experience in an office or dealership
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with accounts payable accounts receivable billing or invoicing is considered an asset
- Experience in the equipment rental construction or heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
