What You Will Do:

• Support performance analytics testing and uprate validation for wind/solar assets.

• Advance data platforms to deliver fast accurate performance and resource insights.

• Partner with industry stakeholders and internal teams to improve equipment performance.

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and support consultants on performance programs.

• Plan and validate performance improvements through project management support.

• Standardize and automate reporting documentation and analytics processes.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.

• 0-2 years of previous related experience.

• Passionate for renewables and a strong willingness to learn.

• Solid foundation in math statistics and data science.

• Strong problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in programming (Python/MATLAB preferred).

• Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment.

• Minimal travel (<5%) to field sites other office locations and/or industry conferences.

• The environment is fast-paced and deliverables-based with competing deadlines to support aggressive performance and cost goals.
