What You Will Do:
Support performance analytics testing and uprate validation for wind/solar assets.
Advance data platforms to deliver fast accurate performance and resource insights.
Partner with industry stakeholders and internal teams to improve equipment performance.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and support consultants on performance programs.
Plan and validate performance improvements through project management support.
Standardize and automate reporting documentation and analytics processes.
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
0-2 years of previous related experience.
Passionate for renewables and a strong willingness to learn.
Solid foundation in math statistics and data science.
Strong problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in programming (Python/MATLAB preferred).
Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Minimal travel (<5%) to field sites other office locations and/or industry conferences.
The environment is fast-paced and deliverables-based with competing deadlines to support aggressive performance and cost goals.
