Reporting to the Director of Stores The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing the companys key initiatives centered on all areas of sales KPI training and employee addition maintaining the regional focus on standards of sales growth profit maximization and sales education is a key focus.

Willingness to travel upwards of 30%

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales
  • Improve sales consistency and performance across the region on all related sales and KPI programs
  • Educate/Review with GSMs detailed business review in the scheduling/hiring process
  • Assist stores with sales recruiting and hiring
  • Focus on driving Adjusted Net Margin
  • Review sales analysis with the Director of Stores and support the stores that may require additional education
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Stores on stores that are not compliant on the execution of sales education programs and assist as required.
  • Visits the stores in their Region on a regular and constant cycle
  • Educate sales management (Store Managers and GSMs) on new sales education programs as they are deployed.
  • Monitoring reporting and reacting to all competitive situations that negatively impact stores in the region
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years regional leadership experience
  • Proven track record in sales and meeting KPI targets
  • Understanding of P&L management
  • High degree of sales accountability and desire to grow The Bricks market share
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead sales management teams and to develop staff through coaching mentoring and training
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Capability to communicate clearly The Bricks policies direction and expectations
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage a wide variety of assignments at once and manage competing deadlines
