Job Summary

TheRegional Manageris responsible forĀ overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated region. This role involves ensuring that all branches meet operational standards achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The Regional Manager will lead and support Branch Managers drive operational efficiency and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance and growth.Ā 

What youre responsible for:

Operational Management

  • Overseeingdaily operations of multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within the district.Ā 

  • Ensuringall locations adhere to company policies procedures and standards.Ā 

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve targets.Ā 

  • Conducting regular site visits to assess operationsĀ identifyĀ areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Ā 

Team Leadership

  • Leading mentoring and supporting Branch Managers to ensure effective management and development of their teams.Ā 

  • Build andĀ maintainĀ strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and operational partners to support businessĀ objectivesĀ and ensure alignment on priorities and execution.Ā 

  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.Ā 

  • Conducting performance reviews provide feedback and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.Ā 

Financial Management

  • Developing and managingbudgets for each location within the district.Ā 

  • Analyzingfinancial reportsĀ identifyĀ trends and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.Ā 

  • EnsuringĀ accurateĀ inventory management andĀ optimizeĀ stock levels to meet customer demand.Ā 

Customer Service

  • Ensuringall locations deliver exceptional customer service andĀ maintainĀ high customer satisfaction levels.Ā 

  • Addressing and resolve customer complaints and issues inĀ a timelyĀ and effective manner.Ā 

  • Implementing customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.Ā 

Strategic Planning

  • Collaboratingwith stakeholders to develop and execute district business plans and strategies.Ā 

  • IdentifyingĀ market opportunities and implement initiatives to drive growth and expand market share.Ā 

  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.Ā 

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensuringall locationsĀ comply withĀ health safety and environmental regulations.Ā 

  • Promotinga culture of safety and implement programs to minimize workplace hazards.Ā 

  • Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and address any non-compliance issues promptlyĀ 


Qualifications :

QualificationsĀ 

  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role preferably in the retail or automotive industry.Ā 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Ā 

  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.Ā 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ā 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ā 

  • Ability to travel within the district asĀ required. (70% of time on the road)Ā 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred.Ā
