Position Details:
Providing knowledgeable effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone offering insurance advice processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
In conjunction with Supervisors participate and provide input into team meetings standards procedures and special projects.
Please note salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 3 years insurance experience an asset
- Currently hold a General Insurance license
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
Work Schedule:
This role follows a rotating shift schedule between the hours of 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM Monday to Friday with one Saturday shift per month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position offering a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
