Independent Contractor

Length of Contract: Through 2026 with the potential for renewal in December 2026

Location Requirements: Candidates must be based in and hold an active broker license in the province they will be supporting.

Scope of Work:

• Lead train and support agents on compliance contracts and provincial regulations.

• Provide guidance on complex transactions and compliance-related escalations applying sound risk-based judgment.

• Proactively recruit and attract top-producing agents by showcasing our technology marketing and growth opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents supporting them through onboarding and brokerage transitions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance agent experience and operational efficiency.

• Manage a high volume of agents in a fast-paced high-growth brokerage environment ensuring compliance and operational support.
