Recycling Operator and Driver

As a Hybrid Equipment Operator and Swing Driver with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Operating heavy equipment to manage incoming recycled material such as: front end loaders skid steers cardboard baler and compactors
- Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment
- Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
- Operating a variety of waste collections vehicles as needed by the business including roll-off front-end and molok trucks.
- Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues
Schedule: Monday to Friday 5AM to 2:30 PM. Must be available for rotating statutory holidays call-ins and possible Overtime.
- 2 years experience running heavy equipment
- Valid DZ or AZ Drivers license
- Clean Driving Record
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read understand follow and enforce safety procedures
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
