Job Summary
Job Title: Reception/ Office Assistant
Location: Richmond BC (In-Person)
Hours: MondayFriday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

We are looking for an administrative superstar with experience who can multitask take initiative and
genuinely enjoys working with people. The front desk position is the heartbeat of our office so its
important that you are friendly positive engaging and aware of your surroundings.
Main Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls professionally and in a timely manner
Photocopying filing scanning and completing general administrative tasks
Manage email correspondence
Maintain an organized workspace
Plan and organize meetings
Assist with company events
Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Proficient in Microsoft Office Adobe Rippling etc. and learn new systems as required

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Friendly positive and engaging personality
Professional communication skills (phone email in-person)
Quick learner with solid computer skills
Reliable adaptable and proactive
Valid drivers license and vehicle
Level 1 First Aid
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $18.50-$20 per hour
