The opportunity
Youll join our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team helping to support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a driven administrative professional you will work across teams to provide the knowledge resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients win in the marketplace and support EYs growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities
As the Receptionist and first point of contact for the firm you have a dynamic role on our client experience floor providing outstanding support through agility in ownership. You will be welcoming our visitors as an EY ambassador promoting our core values reputation and brand. As part of the Workplace Services Group youll also work closely with our hospitality team to ensure all meetings events and operations run smoothly.
It is important to note that this role has a requirement to always work onsite in the this role your priorities will be:
- Supporting our client floor functions as part of a dynamic client concierge team
- Providing an exceptional experience for clients and guests
- Ensuring reception area is client ready
- Adjusting schedule and/or working overtime if needed

To qualify for the role you must have
- Excellent client service experience
- Strong communication skills including active listening
Ideally youll also have
- Hospitality/concierge and/or front of the house restaurant experience
- Post-secondary education

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity education relevant experience knowledge and applicable skill sets.
- Vancouver: $44000 to $60000
