The Opportunity:

As aReal AssetsSenior Associateunlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomesthatllelevate your career. Your role will include butisntlimited to:

  • Assistin lead M&A advisory roles for buy-side and sell-side mandates of infrastructure assets involving valuationmarketingand deal execution

  • Participate in complexproject developments financings and transactions in theenergy infrastructureandminingsectors

  • Participate in developing financial models andassistin complex data analysis and modeling including preparing visual representations of data

  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial and commercial analysis of projects and companies

  • Participate in large-scale and complex procurements of infrastructure

  • Participate in assignments involving post-transaction monitoring and project tracking

  • Participate in writing reports procurementdocumentsand information memorandums

  • Undertake market research and benchmarking exercises as directed

  • Assistindeveloping business development opportunities for the real assets practice andthe preparation of pitch decks marketingmaterialsand proposals

  • Assistin developing work plans indicativeschedulesand budget estimates

What Youll Bring:

Your skills knowledge and experiences are what set you apart.Hereswhat we look for:

  • Previousexperience working in either project finance/M&A assurance (audit) economic or policy analysis or within an engineering consulting/project management firm would be an asset

  • Experience working in or advising clients in the Energy Utilities or Resources sector would be considered an asset

  • An interest in pursuing a professional designation in finance (CFA CBV) or in project management (PMP PQS) would be an asset

  • Strong financial modeling skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and on projects with tight deadlines

  • Ability to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends and problem-solve

  • Familiarity withAI/GenAI/AgenticAI use case development would be an asset

  • Demonstratedability to learn/problem solve a curious mind-set and openness to working in sometimes highly ambiguous situations would be an asset

  • This roledoesntsupport completion of the Canadian CPA designation

The salary range for this position is$58400- $97500. The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
