Our continued commitment to servicing the prototype to mid-volume clientele has awarded us with strong stable growth over 40 successful years and many valued long-term Title: Quotation SpecialistReports To:Quotation Team LeadDepartment:QuotationLocation:MarkhamPay Range: $50k - $52kKey Responsibilities:Receiving and cataloging customer requirements and data packages translating into Microarts production ready software confirming BOM & Gerbers for production BOMs and suggesting alternatives for unattainable components & materialsReviewing mechanical & testing requirements and quoting with customers if requirements are not understood or if data required for production is missingElimination of redundant and non-value add operations & dataInterface with internal customers being PMs BDs & and CSRs to ensure project fundamentals are understood to Lean manufacturing principles in production developments and duties as assignedQualifications:Intermediate knowledge on Electronic Manufacturing understanding of active and passive electronic of 3 years of experience in Quotation role or similar for the role and ability to work well independentlyA positive team-first attitudeMust have solid communication skills experience with technical writing analytical skills and able to make independent decisions related to the job oriented quality conscious well organized analytical and reliable characterAbility to understand and communicate in written and oral English is essentialMicrosoft Office skills required and essential to job posting is for an existing note that artificial intelligence (AI) is not used at any stage of our recruitment process.
