What Youll Be Doing

• Lead quality control activities to ensure aggregates meet internal standards and customer specifications
• Oversee sampling testing and documentation to support consistent product quality
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across quality and production teams
• Partner with operations to identify quality trends and drive corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and processes

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead quality control processes in an industrial or mining environment
• Strong understanding of aggregate testing methods specifications and quality systems
• Proven capability to analyze data identify trends and recommend improvements
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations sales and customers
• Comfortable using laboratory reporting and basic computer systems

Work Environment

• Work takes place in an aggregate quarry and laboratory setting indoors and outdoors
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols is required
• Schedule flexibility may be needed to support operational and testing demands
