Job Summary

Role: Quadient Technical Lead

Location: Toronto ON Hybrid

Type: Contract 6-12 Months

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quadient Technical Lead to lead the design development and implementation of enterprise customer communication management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience technical leadership skills and expertise in delivering document composition and omnichannel customer communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design development and deployment of Quadient Inspire solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and develop templates workflows and document generation processes.
  • Integrate Quadient Inspire with enterprise applications through APIs web services and middleware.
  • Collaborate with business analysts architects QA teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review code enforce development standards and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Quadient applications.
  • Optimize document generation performance and system scalability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
  • Prepare technical documentation solution designs and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • 9-12 years of IT experience.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC Inspire).
  • Strong experience in document composition customer communications management (CCM) and template development.
  • Expertise in:
    • Quadient Inspire Designer
    • Inspire Interactive
    • Inspire Automation
    • Dynamic Communications
  • Experience integrating Quadient with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of XML XSLT JSON HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Experience with document migration projects.
  • Quadient Inspire Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
