Job Summary

Quadient Developer Quadient Inspire Customer Communications Management & Document Automation

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office

Role Overview

Experienced Quadient Developer to design develop and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform
Create dynamic personalized and high-volume customer communications across multiple channels
Support enterprise communication and digital transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire
Build dynamic personalized communications for print email and digital channels
Perform data mapping transformation and formatting for document generation
Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems including APIs databases and file-based feeds
Ensure performance and scalability for high-volume batch and real-time processing
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Validate document layouts formatting and output accuracy
Support testing activities including unit testing system testing and UAT
Troubleshoot issues related to document composition formatting and data integration
Follow development standards governance and best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM)
Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire including Scaler Designer and Interactive
Experience with template design data mapping and output generation
Knowledge of multi-channel communication delivery including print email SMS and digital channels
Experience with APIs file-based integrations and data transformation
Familiarity with XML XSLT or scripting used in document composition
Understanding of high-volume batch processing and performance optimization
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in financial services or insurance domain
Exposure to cloud platforms including Azure or AWS
Knowledge of document archiving and ECM platforms such as OnBase
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
Experience with other CCM tools such as OpenText Exstream or EngageOne
