With Modern Niagaras continued growth in Atlantic Canada and the award of several major projects in the Halifax region we are seeking a detailâdriven and proactive QA/QC Foreperson to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our work meets the highest standards of quality safety and compliance on a significant new project in downtown Halifax.

What Youll Do

• Lead and oversee all QA/QC activities on site to ensure compliance with project specifications codes and Modern Niagara standards

• Conduct inspections audits and quality checks throughout all phases of construction

• Identify deficiencies coordinate corrective actions and verify completion

• Maintain accurate documentation reports and quality records

• Collaborate closely with project managers forepersons trades and commissioning teams

• Support continuous improvement by promoting best practices and coaching field staff

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems installation standards and construction quality requirements

• Experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or mechanical contracting industry

• Excellent communication documentation and problemâsolving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively while holding teams accountable to quality expectations
