Job Description: Job Title: Test Lead (with Banking domain)

Location: Toronto ON

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

Skills: Agile Way of WorkingHP ALMFunctional Testing Experience Required: 6-8

Must Have:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in banking application Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.

Seasoned knowledge of SDLC testing concepts methodologies (waterfall agile etc) metrics automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.

Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.

Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.

Extensive experience in system analysis assessment programming and troubleshooting of software applications Must have strong knowledge in HP ALM Quality centre Confluence JIRA & Testing tools (Git or Bitbucket Maven Postman SoapUI or similar tools) Must have worked in Banking or Financial domain
