Infosys is seeking anexperiencedOracle HCMPayrollCloudTechnoFunctionalConsultantwith strong leadership skills. Consultant wouldInteract withprocess consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various haveabilityto translate business requirementsto solutiondesign communicate complex designs tostakeholdersand seek to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with developmentand supportteams across continents managingdeliveryand drivingautomation opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills

• At least10years of experience in software development life cycle
• 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as FunctionalConsultant
• Minimum3years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support
• Expertiseon North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US and Canada
• Responsible formaintainingemployee payroll data administer garnishments andmaintainthe integrity of the system
• Expertisein HCM Payroll cloud - Payroll processing
• Able to Troubleshoot Payroll issues and provide resolution
• Loading external deductions and payroll data conversions in HCM Payroll cloud
• Responsible for executing all the post payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendors
• Expertise inPayroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade.
• Workingknowledge onFast Formulas Visual Builder Studio HCM Data Loader OTBI
• ExpertiseinSolutiondesign POC Troubleshooting ofissues.
• Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business.
• Demonstratehighunderstanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternativesandsupportexisting functionality and integrations with other systemsandeffectivelycommunicate status to the management teamissueand riskmanagement.
• Always adhere to all confidentiality requirements as outlined within Operating Policies andProblem-solvingskills on day-to-day basis for the issues coming fromOracle HCM Cloud
• Provide hands - on leadership coaching mentoring to other membersandexperience or desire to work inglobaldeliverymodel.
