About the Materials Specialist (Internal Title: Materials Analyst) Role Brantford ON
Copeland is hiring a Materials Analyst for our Brantford team. Youll own the flow of finished goods from multiple vendors and product lines: working directly with multiple departments to keep customers satisfied and orders on time.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by transforming data and observations into actionable improvements that drive quality productivity and customer satisfaction.
What youll do
- Monitor stock levels and approve/release Purchase Orders
- Track finished goods and expedite as needed to protect on-time delivery
- Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders
- Support Item Creation Process to add new product
- Build and analyze inventory reports to spot trends and get ahead of issues
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Partner with Production Customer Service Sales Suppliers and Procurement
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Operations or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Comfortable analyzing data spotting trends and troubleshooting on your own
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
- Authorization to work in Canada - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
Preferred Requirements:
- 3 years in Materials Management
- Bilingual English/French
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle and JDE; BI tools (Sigma experience a plus)
Pay Transparency: $55000 - $65000 CAD Annually
