To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking a this position you will own all aspects of materialordering including sourcing negotiating acquiring ensuring cost andmonitoring deliver schedules of all products for the assigned vendors/materialcategories.

YourResponsibilities Will Include:

Locate new vendors andestablish partner relationships with them while also maintain existing vendorand supplier relationships.

Negotiate new orders withexisting and new vendors and suppliers using best ordering options for thecompany in terms of price and commitment.

Evaluate and select suppliersbased on factors such as price quality delivery time and reliability.

Process purchase orders on timeas per purchasing guide updating digital files as needed to record purchasesmade and all other relevant information.

Monitor and collaborate to maintaininventory levels ordering new items as needed to keep the inventory stockedand supplied.

Focus on resolving productionstock out and production issue reports.

Communicate with internalcustomers on status and actions of stock out and production issue reports.

Ensure that purchased ordersare delivered by coordinating with staff members and vendors for on time delivery.

Support the team during new productdevelopment with project sourcing and production implementation on purchased parts.

Support the team in strategicsourcing projects and other kinds of projects.

Were Looking For:

Familiarity with procurementand inventory management principles.

Excellent communication skillsand able to work collaboratively.

Negotiation skills and abilityto build and maintain vendor relationships.

Time Management andorganizational skills.

Problem-solving anddecision-making abilities.

Analytical and detail oriented.

Proficient with ERP andMicrosoft Office.

The following are considered an asset:

Degree or diploma in BusinessSupply Chain Management or a related field.

Previous supply chainexperience in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of the agricultureequipment and parts.
