THE ROLE

The Property & Maintenance Manager role is for an experienced and ambitious leader. With multi-trade knowledge and utmost attention to detail you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects. You will lead various teams coordinate contractors and ensure all work meets building codes safety standards and operational requirements.

How Youll Do It

  • Planning overseeing and executing new construction renovation and maintenance of projects
  • Daily supervision of general labourers trades and subcontractors
  • Oversight of HVAC electrical plumbing structural and mechanical building systems
  • Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely
  • Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Conducting and documenting inspections permits and compliance reports
  • Managing facility maintenance programs for buildings and grounds
  • Coordinating vendors materials and equipment

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:

  • Site leadership: Supervisor Foreperson Lead Hand Coordinator
  • Strong communication (written & verbal)
  • Attention to detail; trustworthy reliable adaptable
  • Works independently and in a team

Preferred But Not Required:

  • Multitrade skills (carpentry electrical mechanical concrete finishes)
  • Red Seal (Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Millwright)
  • Working at Heights WHMIS First Aid/CPR
  • Blueprint reading
  • PMP/Gold Seal (asset)
  • Lift equipment certs (scissor/boom/forklift)
