THE ROLE
The Property & Maintenance Manager role is for an experienced and ambitious leader. With multi-trade knowledge and utmost attention to detail you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects. You will lead various teams coordinate contractors and ensure all work meets building codes safety standards and operational requirements.
How Youll Do It
- Planning overseeing and executing new construction renovation and maintenance of projects
- Daily supervision of general labourers trades and subcontractors
- Oversight of HVAC electrical plumbing structural and mechanical building systems
- Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely
- Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Conducting and documenting inspections permits and compliance reports
- Managing facility maintenance programs for buildings and grounds
- Coordinating vendors materials and equipment

Youre a fieldfirst construction leader who knows how to run a site drive performance and keep crews focused on delivering safe highquality work.
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
- Site leadership: Supervisor Foreperson Lead Hand Coordinator
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Attention to detail; trustworthy reliable adaptable
- Works independently and in a team
Preferred But Not Required:
- Multitrade skills (carpentry electrical mechanical concrete finishes)
- Red Seal (Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Millwright)
- Working at Heights WHMIS First Aid/CPR
- Blueprint reading
- PMP/Gold Seal (asset)
- Lift equipment certs (scissor/boom/forklift)
