If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals Armour is presently seeking an Property to the Director of Asset Administration the Property Administrator will work closely with the assigned Tenant Relations Managers bringing exceptional organizational skills to support the Tenant Services team within our commercial portfolio Property Administrator youll get to:Provides comprehensive administrative support and effectively coordinating the day-to-day operations;Lease administration including updating and maintaining tenant files filing arrears tenant correspondence and rental increase letters;Serve as a point of contact for tenants addressing their needs and concerns promptly by phone and email or other correspondence:Ensures the confidentiality of the files that you work on and posses the highest level of personal integrityDaily interaction with building staff and head officePreparing periodic reporting/ tracking; recaps tenant analytics/ turnover biweekly reports;Assisting with preparation and administration of contracts;Creating and reviewing building manuals policy and procedure documents;Maintaining and reviewing online property management software;Aiding in preparing documentation for Tenancy board hearings;Tracking access card and parking changes;What were looking for:Previous experience in a professional setting supporting multiple team membersExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong analytical skills with a high attention to detailEffective organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving deadlinesAdvanced skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite are considered an assetPrior experience in property management administration is considered an assetFamiliarity with Yardi or other property management software is considered an in it for youComprehensive Health and Dental BenefitsEmployer RRSP planEmployee Assistance ProgramContinuing education supportDiscounts at selected Queens Marque restaurantsOn-site fitness facilitiesOpportunity for internal career growthWorking along side a collaborative team of likeminded individualsAs Armour Group is a family organization we value our employees and their well-being.
