Project Manager / Environmental Engineer North of 60 Monitoring

Were looking for a Project Manager / Environmental Engineer to support environmental monitoring assessment and remediation projects across Western and Northern Canada. This role is ideal for an environmental professional with experience managing or coordinating smaller-scale projects who is looking to continue building their project management and technical experience in a safety focused team-oriented environment.
What Youll Do
Coordinate environmental projects from planning through completion including schedules budgets reporting and project documentation
Support environmental monitoring remediation and sampling programs in both office and field settings
Work closely with clients regulators subcontractors and field crews to support safe and successful project delivery
Assist with proposals cost estimates work plans and project tracking
Participate in and oversee field activities including site inspections environmental sampling and compliance monitoring
Promote safe work practices and support strong communication across project teams
Who You Are
35 years of experience in environmental consulting remediation monitoring reclamation or related project work
Experience coordinating or managing smaller-scale environmental projects
Degree in Environmental Engineering Environmental Science Geoscience or a related discipline
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in the field and collaboratively within project teams
Professional designation such as . . . RPBio. or equivalent is considered a strong asset
What You Need
Ability and willingness to travel frequently to remote project sites across the North
Valid drivers license
Ability to perform physically demanding field work in varying outdoor conditions
First Aid and WHMIS/TDG certifications (or willingness to complete training provided by KBL)
