We have partnered with a growing construction organization seeking a Project Manager to oversee a variety of commercial industrial and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships leading project teams and driving successful project execution from planning through closeout.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from award through completion
Coordinate project activities with clients consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal teams
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and forecasts
Monitor project progress costs quality and timelines
Review drawings specifications contracts and project documentation
Manage procurement activities subcontractors and vendor relationships
Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates
Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
Manage change orders RFIs and project documentation
Ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Construction Management Engineering Civil Engineering Technology or a related field
5 years of Project Management experience within construction industrial manufacturing or related environments
Strong understanding of project scheduling budgeting cost control and contract administration
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and project teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
