Project Manager

Job Title: Project ManagerReports To: Senior. Project ManagerDepartment: Project ManagementRole Purpose: The purpose of this role is to coordinate and risk-manage internal and external resources to bring products to full-scale production on time and within agreed costs. The focus of this role is to be the customers day-to-day point of contact providing information and updates on product deliveries and scheduling as required solicit feedback as well as maintain and create a positive value-add relationship with assigned : 8:30 AM 5:00 PMPay Range: $55k - $58k annuallyLocation: MarkhamKey Responsibilities:Liaise with customers on all product specifications and technical requirements; understand and support customer technical and financial milestones. Proactively solicit and action customer feedback; maintain interaction with Supply Chain and customers to ensure customer requirements are key performance metrics for each customer and drive improvement through planning and and improve manufacturing quality through control proceduresControl and monitoring Point of Use WIP and Finished Good InventoryDaily interaction with production team and collaboration with peersCollaborate with other Project Managers to ensure effective utilization of resourcesWork with Operations to plan and allocate manufacturing capacityECN implementation on WIP & FG and Cost reportingActive participation in Operations Quality Daily Team Meeting Program Manager MeetingsQualifications:1-2 years project management or customer service experience preferably in electronics manufacturing environmentPossess a degree or equivalent experience in business administration management or engineering in various disciplinesExperience with MRP systems (ideally Dynamics); knowledge of MS Office (Excel skills)Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated organizational time management problem solving and decision-making skillsLeadership interpersonal team-building and coaching skills are essentialAble to work in a high changed / fast-paced environment under tight deadlinesDedicated professional attitude; enthusiastic and willing to learnThis job posting is for an existing note that artificial intelligence (AI) is not used at any stage of our recruitment process.
