Project Manager (JuniorIntermediate)

CGI Montréal is seeking a motivated results-oriented Project Manager to support the planning coordination and delivery of projects for our this role you will work closely with delivery teams business stakeholders and technical experts to ensure project success while meeting established timelines budgets and objectives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Participate in the planning execution and monitoring of transformation development or systems improvement projects
Develop and maintain project plans schedules risk registers and action plans
Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
Track project progress budgets timelines and deliverables
Prepare and facilitate governance meetings project committees and workshops
Produce progress reports and performance metrics for clients and management
Identify document and manage project risks issues and dependencies
Support change management and stakeholder communication activities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods tools and processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

University degree in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering or a related field
2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
Experience in an IT digital or consulting environment
Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum hybrid or traditional)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and project management tools (MS Project Jira Azure DevOps or equivalents)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Leadership and teamwork mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Client-focused and results-oriented approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivation and adaptability
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
PMP CAPM PMI-ACP Scrum Master or equivalent certification is considered an asset
Experience managing digital transformation projects is considered an asset
Knowledge of cloud application or data environments is considered an asset
Good communication skills in both French and English

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 60 000$ et 115 000$. This position is a future opportunity.
